Pricing, minimum orders and quantity discounts
We quote every order in writing within two working days. This page explains minimums by product, what drives the price per piece and how to bring it down — so the quote holds no surprises.

Retail prices are typical shelf prices observed in European souvenir shops, for orientation only; your pricing is yours.
What drives the price per piece
Quantity per design
The biggest lever. 500 pieces of one design cost much less per piece than 5 × 100 of five designs, because set-up is per design.
Construction
Printed flat items are cheapest; epoxy adds a little; casting, enamel and hand painting add most.
Number of colours and sides
Screen print and enamel are priced per colour; digital print is not. Two-sided decoration costs more than one.
Packaging
Polybag is standard. Printed backing cards, boxes and displays are quoted separately and usually pay for themselves in retail price.
Size
Material and print area scale with size; a 90 mm magnet is not twice a 50 mm one, but it is more.

Parcel vs pallet, DAP vs DDP for non-EU, and rush production are shown as separate lines on the quote.
How to lower the price without lowering quality
Fewer designs, more pieces
Four strong designs at 250 beat ten at 100.
Share artwork across products
One illustration on magnet, keychain and mug — design once, set up once.
Order early
Standard lead times are cheaper than rush; ordering in winter for summer avoids peak surcharges.
Choose printed over cast for the counter
Keep cast and hand-painted items for one or two hero products.
Simplify packaging on counter items
Backing card for the hero, polybag for the rest.
Plan reorders
Artwork and tooling are kept; reorders skip set-up and sampling.

Frequently asked questions
Why do you not publish prices per piece?
Because the same magnet can cost two or three times more depending on construction, colours, packaging and quantity, and a single number would mislead. The quote is free, written and arrives in two working days.
Are prices net or gross?
Net, in euro, VAT excluded. Intra-EU B2B deliveries with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).
Is tooling charged again on reorders?
No. Moulds, screens and dies are kept for at least three years.
Do you charge for design?
Not with a production order above the minimums. Stand-alone design is quoted per illustration or range.
