Quality control, safety and certificates
Souvenirs are consumer products under EU law. We make sure what reaches your shelf is safe, labelled and documented — so the authority inspection, the retailer listing or the museum procurement does not stop on paperwork.
Standards we work to
GPSR (EU 2023/988)
Every product carries the responsible-person data, batch identification and warnings required since December 2024. We act as EU responsible person for our production.
EN71 and CE for plush
EN71-1 mechanical, EN71-2 flammability, EN71-3 chemical tests on production materials; CE marking and declaration of conformity.
LFGB / EU 1935/2004 for food contact
Mugs, glasses, plates and cups tested for food contact; decorations outside the rim zone.
REACH
Materials — plastics, enamel, plating, inks, textiles — within REACH limits; declarations available per product.
OEKO-TEX, GOTS, FSC
Textile blanks OEKO-TEX Standard 100; organic cotton GOTS on request; paper from FSC sources.
Documents with the goods
Test reports, declarations and SKU data delivered with every order — for retailer listings and tenders.
What is checked before shipping
- Pre-production sample approved by you is the reference
- Colour match against the approved sample under standard light
- Print adhesion, scratch and wash tests on printed items
- Magnet pull strength on magnets
- Seam strength and stuffing on plush
- Labelling: warnings, responsible person, batch, barcode
- Packaging integrity and carton labelling
- Final count and random inspection (AQL 2.5)
If something is wrong
Report within 14 days
Photos and the batch number are enough to start.
Replacement or credit
Defective pieces are replaced or credited; you do not return goods at your cost.

We tell you what went wrong and what changes on the next run.
Frequently asked questions
Are magnets and pins toys?
No. They are general consumer products under GPSR with small-part warnings; plush is a toy under EN71.
Do you supply the GPSR responsible person?
Yes, for products we produce: our EU entity is named on the label.
Can we see test reports before ordering?
Yes — sample reports for the product type on request; batch-specific reports come with the order.
