Nobody orders 500 mugs from a screen mock-up. Digital mock-ups are free; a physical pre-production sample takes 7–10 days for printed items and is credited against your order.

Frequently asked questions
Does a sample cost money?
Yes, a small sample fee covering the piece and shipping; it is credited in full against the production order.
Can we skip the sample to save time?
For reorders and simple printed items, yes, with a signed approval of the mock-up. For cast, enamel and plush we always sample.
Can you send samples of past work to see quality?
We send generic quality samples of the product type (not other clients' designs) on request.
