Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for custom mugs?
100 pieces per design for printed mugs, espresso sets, enamel and travel mugs. Shaped mugs with a custom mould start at 500.
Are the prints dishwasher-safe?
Sublimation and fired decals are dishwasher-safe and tested to 500+ cycles. UV print on steel tumblers is hand-wash recommended, and we say so on the label.
Can you print photos?
Yes — full-wrap digital and sublimation give photo quality. We still recommend illustration over photography for souvenirs: it ages better and is yours.
Do mugs come in gift boxes?
On request. A printed gift box adds a small amount per piece and typically allows a higher retail price than the box costs.
