How a custom souvenir order works

Five steps from the first message to cartons at your door. Most first orders take 5–8 weeks end to end for printed products; plush and cast items 10–14 weeks.

The five steps

  1. 1

    Brief

Tell us the place, who buys there, which products you want and roughly how many. A photo of the shop and a logo are enough — artwork is not required.

  2. 2

    Proposal, design, mock-ups

Within two working days you get a written proposal: products, quantities, price per piece, lead time. Once you say yes to the direction, our illustrators draw the motifs and show them on every product.

    days 2–10
  3. 3

    Sample

A physical pre-production sample is made for printed items in 7–10 days (cast items 2–3 weeks). You approve it, or we change it — one round is included.

    days 10–20
  4. 4

    Production

Approved sample becomes the production standard. Partner factories in the EU produce; our QC inspects before packing.

    3–6 weeks
  5. 5

    Delivery

Parcel or pallet to your door, with compliance labels, barcodes and displays if ordered. Export paperwork for the UK, Switzerland and Norway is handled by us.

What we need from you

The place and the buyer

Town or attraction, type of visitor, season. A photo of the shop helps us set price points.

Logo and brand files, if any

Vector logo (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) and brand colours. If there is no logo we work without one.

References

Products you like or dislike — photos from any shop. Three examples are enough.

Quantities and dates

Rough quantities per product and when you need them; we plan backwards from the season.

Company details

Legal name, VAT number and delivery address for the quote and invoice.

A decision maker

One person who approves designs and samples keeps the timeline.

Where you approve, and what changes cost

Design direction

Choose between 2–3 style directions. Changes at this stage are free.

Final artwork and mock-ups

Approve the illustrations on every product. One round of changes included; further rounds quoted.

Sample

Approve the physical sample. Changes to colour or finish are free; a new shape means a new sample.
