Plush is sewn by our partner workshops; sampling and the first run take longer than printed products — plan 3–4 months before the season.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for custom plush?
300 pieces per design for standard and dressed plush, 500 for plush keyrings, 100 for large display pieces. Two sizes of the same character can share the design work.
How long does a plush order take?
8–10 weeks for a new character including prototype and testing; 6–8 weeks for a reorder or a dressed stock body.
Is the plush safe for children under 3?
Standard plush with embroidered features is tested for all ages under EN71. Plush keyrings with metal rings are labelled 3+.
Can you also make the mascot costume?
Yes, through our sister studio mascotiq.eu — the same character as a walkabout costume, with the plush and keyring matching it.
