Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for Lyon souvenirs?
From 100 pieces per design for printed magnets, keychains, mugs and textiles. Plush and snow globes start at 200–300 pieces. Designs can be mixed in one order.
Can you make souvenirs of Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière?
Yes. We draw the illustration or 3D model of Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière ourselves, you approve the mock-up, and only then production starts. The artwork is yours.
How long does a Lyon order take?
Printed products 3–6 weeks from approved artwork; plush, resin and snow globes 6–10 weeks. A sample is ready in 7–10 days. Delivery to France inside the EU takes 2–5 working days.
Do you sell to a single shop in Lyon?
Yes. Most of our orders come from individual shops, museums and attractions, not from chains. The minimums are set so a single location can order its own line.
Can we get exclusivity on a design in Lyon?
Yes. Designs made for you are not resold to other shops. If you want exclusivity on a whole product type in Lyon, say so when you request a quote.
